From the home page of LatinConexiones.com you can click on any of the SignUp or Join Today buttons and begin the process. After you have entered your email, Username and password that you will use for LatinConexiones you will be directed to the first page to build your profile. From there follow the easy steps to complete your profile. It is a quick and easy process.
- How do I login to the site
To login, you click the "Already a Member? Sign In" link at the top of the LatinConexiones.com home page. You weill be directed to the Welcome Back page where you can then enter your email and password that you used to Join in the boxes and click the "Sign In" button.
- I forgot my login password
On the Welcome Back page you can click on the Forgot Password button where you will be directed to the Forgot Password page. Enter the email that you used when you joined LatinConexiones and click Reset Password. You will receive a message “Reset Your Password” and click the Reset Password button. When you enter your new password you will be directed back to LatinConexiones.com
- How do I change my password?
If you are returning to the site you can use the Forgot Password vehicle to change your password. If you are already on the site you can go to your photo at the top right of any page and click to get the dropdowns. Click on Settings and the page will open with Password. Click on Password and follow the easy instructions.

You cannot change the email address you wish to use in the future unless you are already on the site you can go to your photo at the top right of any page and click to get the dropdowns. Click on Settings and the page will open with Password. Click on Password and follow the easy instructions.

Photos are added during the Join process on the photos page where all 5 photos are required. The spaces to upload the photo suggest the following photos: Of your Face, Of Entire Body, An Additional Photo, Photo of an Activity you enjoy and Photo of Your Favorite Place. Once the photo uploads you can then move to the next space. You can upload photos from your phone or your computer.
- How do I change photos in my profile?
If you are already on the site you can go to your photo at the top right of any page and click to get the dropdowns. Click on My Profile and you will see your photos in the top left corner of your profile page. In the top right corner of your photos you will see the edit button. Click on that and your photos page will open. Double click on the photo you wish to replace and go to your photos in your phone o computer and select a new photo by clicking on it. The old photo will be replaced by the new photo.
- How do I create a good photo?
LatinConexiones believes that the first impression is so important that we should have several chances to present ourselves and the most important step to demonstrate who we are is through photos. The basic requirements are:
- Your face must clearly show
- The photos must meet our minimum and maximum size requirements

It is not necessary to change the order. LatinConexiones has designed the Profile page such that when your page is reviewed by another member your photos carousel so that all photos are displayed.

Your Profile is your introduction of yourself to all visitors to your LatinConexiones page and it is your opportunity to make a good first impression. The purpose is to create enough interest so that others will review your entire page and be moved to enter into communication with you. For many people it is very difficult to be objective about themselves so they do not write much or they write too much or they are not certain what to say.
- How do I update my profile?
Go to your photo at the top right of any page and click to get the dropdowns. Click on My Profile and you will see your entire profile. To the right of each section you will see the edit icon. Select the section of your profile you wish to update and click on that edit icon. There you can make your changes.
- How do I hide or unhide my profile?
This feature is not available at this time but is in the design stage and will be available soon.
- How do I add more information to my profile?
Go to your photo at the top right of any page and click to get the dropdowns. Click on My Profile and you will see your entire profile. You will notice two new sections that were not included in your original Join process; Hobbies and Interest and Personality. Complete these two sections to provide more interest and possible topics of discussion for visitors to your profile. Also, completing these two sections will enhance the Match capabilities of our site.
How do I show interest in another member?
There are two opportunities to show interest in another member. On the profile card in the Members section there are two icons designed to show interest. The white dot with the green thumb up indicates that you like what you have reviewed and would be open to any communication via messages.
The red dot means that your interest is elevated and you would welcome any communication with that member. In both cases the member will be notified that some level of interest has been shown. Both indications of interest are a nice informal way of introducing yourself.
How do I reply to someone who is interested in me?
If a member has shown interest in you, and you are interested in them as well, you can show interest back to them via the same icons. You can also send a message to that member, if you wish. For more information about sending messages, please see the FAQs for Message listed below.
How do I know who is interested in me?
When another member has shown interest in you, you will receive a message. When you click on the members message you will be able to read it based upon your membership status.
How do I see Members where I have shown interest?
As you continue your activity on the site you will begin to build lists of who is interested in you and whom you have sent interest. Those lists will always be accessible while you are on site.
How do I remove someone from my Who's Interested In Me list?
If someone has show interest in you and you are not interested in them is okay. Please visit LatinConexionesMedia and review the article about Online Dating Etiquette. That article is focused on what to expect in online behavior while on a dating site. If you are not interest simply delete the interest.
Why am I receiving Match suggestions?
The mission of LatinConexiones is to provide to all of our Community Members as much help as possible to have safe, private and enjoyable experiences while on our dating site. Our site is enabled with capabilities to recognize members with similar likes, hobbies, interests and goals and present them for your review.
Can I delete someone from My Matches?
Yes. The matches are presented to you for your consideration based on your match preferences in the Match Criteria in your profile.
How do I add or change my match preferences?
If you wish to see different matches go to your photos in the top right corner and click to get the dropdowns. Select My profile and go to your Match Criteria and make the changes you wish to receive different matches.
How do I search for members?
You can search all members by clicking on the Members section at the top of any page to go to our entire community. Or, you can click on the Search button and enter your criteria and the site will present to you ll members who meet your criteria.
How do I send messages?
On each member’s profile card in the Community section and on each member’s profile there is a chat icon. Simply click on the icon and the message page will open. When you send a message the selected member will receive a notice in the registered email and a notice at the top of their site page that a message is waiting for response.
Must I respond to a message I received?
No. Please review the LatinConexionesMedia page by clicking on the green Media button and go to Online Dating Etiquette to become comfortable with the idea that not all messages received on a dating site must have a response. If the sender does not receive a reply it is in itself an accepted message that there was no interest to respond.
How do I report Abuse or offensive messages?
On the Member’s profile, beneath the photos there is a “Report” icon. Simply click on that and you will be taken to the Abuse Report for that member. There is a block to enter the reason you are filing a report. Be sure to hit the send button so that the report arrives at the proper site administrator’s attention. To ensure that you do not receive any further discomfort click the Block button to the right of the Report button.
Is there a limit for how many messages I can send within a prescribed time?
I was notified I received a message, but I can't see it
If you received an indication that you have a message waiting but you do not see the message it could be for any of the following reasons:
- The member’s profile is not yet approved
- The member has removed their profile from the site
- The member has been removed from the site by LatinConexiones
I paid for the upgrade to Platinum but cannot access the features.
If you received an indication that your payment was successful but still cannot access the upgraded features please sign off and then sign back in again. Our payment gateway, or your credit card provider, may require a small amount of time to completely process the payment and return notification to our system.

How will my payment appear on my Credit Card statement?
This will depend on the formatting of your credit card provider but it will most probably read as CEBCOR, Corporation which is the parent Corporation of LatinConexiones.
What is your refund policy?
The mission of LatinConexiones is to provide to all of our Latino Community as much help as possible to have safe, private and enjoyable experiences while on our dating site. Our primary concern is Customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your experience on our site please contact us and let us know why. We will help you resolve any difficulties you may have. If complete resolution is not possible then we will refund your membership payment subject to these conditions.
- Your account experienced technical difficulties that were not able to be resolved.
- Our site experienced technical difficulties which prohibited the member to fully utilize their membership.
- The member, immediately after subscribing to a membership Plan and prior to contact with any Members, has requested a refund.
If you are making application for any reason other than those listed above, please provide us complete details as to why you are making such application. We will not make any partial refunds for time not used other than non-use of our service and the member has not made any contact with other members or received any contact from other members.
How do I cancel my auto re-billing?
In order to ensure uninterrupted access to your benefits all Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You can choose to opt out of automatic renewal at any time. If you have not opted out then the subscription will automatically renew.
You can cancel Automatic renewal by notifying LatinConexiones in writing via Contact Us, email or in regular mail that you wish to cancel. To be certain that your automatic renewal is cancelled it is recommended that you do so at least 2 days before the membership is due to renew.
How is my payment information kept secure?
Additionally, we use Stripe as our Payment Gateway and they have been audited by PCI-Certified Auditor and they are certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, SOC 1 Certified and SOC 2 Certified. These are the most stringent levels of certification available in the payments industry. In addition, they have an internal audit function and internal security and data privacy policies consistent with the payment industry.

There are two grades of membership on LatinConexiones.com: Standard and Platinum.
Standard membership is free and allows you to send interest and messages to other members and to read messages from Platinum members. Platinum members can send and receive and read messages from all members and enjoy additional features listed on our Subscription page.

How do I block a user from contacting me?
On the Member’s profile, beneath the photos there is a “Block” icon. Simply click on that and hat member will be blocked from and further contact. You will notice that the button changes to unblock in the event you accidentally blocked, or, later, you wish to unblock that member.
How do I keep my password secure?
LatinConexiones requests that you create a password to return to the site. Choose a strong password that you do not use for any other online activity. The password should be a unique combination of 8 to 12 numbers, letters and symbols that will be difficult for someone else to guess. Protect that password the same as you protect your others and do not share it with anyone. Remember, you can change your password as frequently as you wish.
To change your password go to your photo at the top right of any page and click to get the dropdowns. Scroll down to Settings and go to Change Your Password. It is as easy as that so please consider this option as further protection of your LatinConexiones password.
